Goals, Rewards, and my Fitness Fund
Weight Goals - Rewards
180lbs - Manicure (fake nails)
170lbs - iPod Shuffle
160lbs - New Camera
150lbs - Tattoo
140lbs - Necklace/Bracelet (Engraved)
My one rule for goals/rewards is that I must keep it off at least a week before I can get the reward.
Non-Weight Related Goals
Walk a 20 minute mile.
Run a mile.
Run a 5k.
Feel confident without actively thinking about it. (confusing, I know :P )
Buy and wear a bikini.
My Fitness Fund
In order to pay for the rewards to my weight-related goals, I’ve begun a Fitness Fund. All it is: A piggy bank on my dresser labelled “Fitness Fund”.
- For every mile that I walk/run outside, I put $1 in the piggybank.
- If it’s rainy or cold or I just don’t want to leave the house, I put $2 for every 20 minutes of working out that I do.
I would like to hit a minimum of 3 miles or 40 minutes per day.
