Hello, Sunshine
I like working out in the morning.
It’s a nice feeling. It’s 10:20am. I’ve worked out. And I still have the rest of the day. Don’t have work until 6pm.
I’m now making myself some banana’s blended into ice-creamy texture, maybe with strawberries (I can’t decide). Or maybe a smoothie.
But now I have all day to clean, take a shower, do whatever I want to, and I can whisper in the back of my mind that I did a good job already since I worked out.
Oh, and I actually did the crunches. I hate crunches. But today I actually did them. Granted there were times I was doing 2 for every 5 they did, but I felt good. A bit more of an ache than usual, but good.
My goal is one pound this week. I want out of the 180s. And I think I might actually do it this week.
*crosses fingers*
